Home appliance glass raw materials: clear float glass or Extra clear float glass(low iron glass),

borosilicate glass, ceramic glass, frosted glass (acid etched glass), sandblastic glass, low-e glass, AR glass, AG glass.

Shapes:ectangular, round, ellipse, semiellipse, hexagon or other special shape

Tempering requirements: more than 60 pieces broken fragments in a square of 50x50mm

En60598,En12150, high security, once toughened glass breakage occurs, the glass could break into small fragments, which are harmless to human body.

Edge work: chamfering grinding, edges arrised, edges ground, edges polished

Edge shape: straight edges, round edge, bevel edge, step edge.

Corner:R=20mm round corners

angle-80polishing, precision +/-0.3mm blunted corners, round corners or cut corners

Drilling water jet cutting: straight line accuracy +/-0.15mm,Alien precision:+/-0.25mm

Size tolerance:+/-0.2mm  4holes tolerance: +/- 0.2mm  Ø10mm
